You'll also be good to go with all tiers of cruisers (yes even T10), in general. This means that while you're trying to spread fire to other parts of most battleships you encounter, you'll still be doing damage. I still have yet to test it but if my calculations are correct this means its HE will do damage to the bow and stern armor of all BBs up to and including T7. The biggest game changer for the Blysk is IFHE I believe. If you can keep track of when to stealth fire and when to move forward you'll be just fine with that combo of skills. At least, this is the problem I fell into. Course, if you still hit the target, you're still gonna set it on fire because it's the Blysk, lol. However, there's two reasons I don't do the AFT+CE combo: a) it's overpowered imo and b) it can lure you into sitting too far back and pretending you're a cruiser, when you need to be upfront doing more damage, spotting DDs, spotting torps, taking the usual DD role stuff. Plus, the shells begin to arc like USN DDs (not too bad overall). The shells tend to lose speed past 11 km and with the buff to battleship superstructures you're not gonna do a lot of shell impact damage at that range. If you get concealment expert and keep the stock range, you get 1.7 km stealh firing range, which, imo, is enough. With nearly 500 battles in the Blyskawica I can say that it is an absolutely stupendous ship.
